-10% Discount for Seniors, Veterans, and Single parents.

-Low End - 1 year warranty on parts; 6 month warranty for labor.

-High End - Lifetime Warranty on parts; 1 year warranty on labor.

-Appliances kept in garage, carport, shed, porch, etc. have 1 year warranty on parts, and no warranty on labor.

-Insallation related issues have no warranty

-Control board, Cosmetic issues, and Non-functional parts have no warranty.

-Appliances 12 years or older have a 30 day warranty.

-BBQ grills have a 30 day warranty.

-No warranty on appliances without model or serial numbers.

    SERVICE CALL FEES

All service calls are charged a diagnostic/trip charge of $69.50 or $89.50 for room air conditioners, and high end appliances. All gas appliances, under counter ice machines and bbq grills will be charged $105.50.  However, if Quality repairs the appliance, the trip charge is applied towards the total repair cost.
