Quality Appliance Service strives to provide service within 24 hours of receiving your call or request for service. Our factory-trained technicians will arrive at the service call, in professional uniform, with Quality Appliance's logo and technician’s name clearly visible for easy identification and to ensure customer comfort and safety. All our employees are screened before we hire them.

QUALITY APPLIANCE SERVICE’ WARRANTY INFORMATION

1-YEAR WARRANTY on parts; 6-month warranty for labor on MOST APPLIANCES*
LIFETIME WARRANTY on parts; 1-year warranty on labor on PREMIUM APPLIANCES**
 
*Appliances kept in garage, carport, shed, porch, etc. have 1-year warranty on parts, and no warranty on labor. Installation related issues have no warranty. Control board, Cosmetic issues, and Non-functional parts have no warranty. Appliances 12 years or older have a 30-day warranty. BBQ grills have a 30-day warranty. No warranty on appliances without model or serial numbers.
